CESSMAT is developing a special fire extinguishing agent that is effective in lithium-ion battery fires and researching fire suppression pad that delay thermal runaway and suppress fires.

​​The unique composition of the polymer material with built-in fire suppressant creates a strong physical barrier against heat and flame propagation while rapidly extinguishing fires through chemical action.
The fire suppressant is a specially designed material that reacts immediately to quickly suppress fires.
CESSMAT’s research team strives to provide effective and reliable solutions that minimize the risk of fire accidents through rigorous material design and testing, including UL 94 certification.
