PAD
CESSMAT's fire extinguishing pad is made of high-quality materials with superior insulation properties, ensuring safe and efficient temperature management of battery packs. In case of a fire, the embedded extinguishing agent in the pad delays or prevents thermal runaway. CESSMAT's fire extinguishing pad can be processed into various thicknesses and shapes to meet specific design requirements of customers.
FOAM
CESSMAT's fire-resistant foam effectively manages heat and prevents thermal runaway through its internal fire retardant material. Its elasticity and vibration absorption reduce the risk of physical damage to batteries. The foam has excellent compression and recovery rates, and its low density and lightweight properties make it easy to apply to various applications.
FILM & CARTRIDGE
The fire-resistant film and cartridge from CESSMAT provide excellent fire resistance and insulation performance, preventing short circuits and reducing the risk of fire caused by electric arcs. In the event of a fire, the contained fire extinguishing agent reacts to extinguish the fire and forms a fireproof layer upon contact to maximize the insulation effect. The film and cartridge can be applied to various components of battery packs to prevent accidents and suppress fires in the event of an incident, thereby ensuring safety.
COATING AGENT
The fire-retardant coating is a special coating for battery safety. It prevents overheating and short circuits, which are the main causes of fires, with excellent insulation and insulation properties, and provides a barrier to prevent batteries from being exposed to moisture, dust, or other harmful substances that can cause other dangerous situations. The special coating can be applied to various parts of the battery pack, such as battery cells, modules, and pack casings or housing materials, to meet the specific design requirements of customers.
