Welcome to CESSMAT's Research and Development Center, 
the pioneering heart of our efforts to make battery solutions safer and more environmentally friendly.

CESSMAT is at the forefront of creating innovative safety solutions for 
all forms of battery and usage.

Recognizing the increasing demand for renewable energy and the associated safe and reliable energy storage systems, including secondary battery, we are dedicated to enhancing safety and mitigating potential risks in lithium-ion batteries.
At the heart of our R&D center's work is the development of fire-retardant products and thermal insulation solutions designed to prevent thermal runaway and suppress fires in batteries. A unique feature of these products is their high design flexibility, allowing us to tailor them to fit all types and sizes, from residential to industrial applications.
Our breakthrough product is the fire retardant & extinguishing pad, a solution designed to protect batteries from overheating. shorts. and potential fire incidents. Our pad developed with flame retardant & extinguishing features is activated immediately in case of a fire incident, significantly reducing its scale and preventing further damage.

Our team is researching a special fire extinguishing agent, tailored to combat lithium-ion battery fires. This agent, combined with our fire suppression pad, aims to offer a powerful, quick, and efficient fire suppression system, thus minimizing the risk of large-scale fire incidents. 
Beyond safety, we're keenly aware of our environmental responsibilities. Battery accidents can lead to the release of harmful toxins, posing significant threats to human health and our planet. Therefore, our research is guided by a strong commitment to sustainability. Our materials and processes adhere to domestic and international environmental laws and agreements, ensuring that we minimize the environmental impact of battery usage.
Our dedicated research team continually strives to provide effective and reliable solutions that meet safety and sustainability standards. Through rigorous material design, testing, and certification, including compliance with UL 94 standards, we ensure our products perform optimally in real-world conditions.
